Certified Over Twenty-Five YearsMy family has been in the appraisal business since 1963. My father, Jack Retzloff, started his own appraisal business (Retzloff Appraisal Service) in 1965 after working at the Humboldt County Assessor's office for several years. I worked with my father in various capacities in part and full time capacities. I started Mike Retzloff Appraisal Service in 1986 and operated independently since that time. I was still affiliated with Retzloff Appraisal Service in Eureka, CA and Yuba City, CA during the entire time I was an independent.
