My father, Jack Retzloff, started his own appraisal business (Retzloff Appraisal Service) in 1965 after working at the Humboldt County Assessor's office for several years. I worked with my father in various capacities in part and full time capacities. I started Mike Retzloff Appraisal Service in 1986 and operated independently since that time. I was still affiliated with Retzloff Appraisal Service in Eureka, CA and Yuba City, CA during the entire time I was an independent.
